The latest piece of Oxford’s new commercial hub at Quarry Walk plaza now under way is housing. The $70 million town center project on more than 30 acres along Route 67, which already includes a grocery store and other retail, is now beginning a new phase. Haynes Development, which is building the site, has begun construction of new residential units at the commercial and residential hub. “We are extremely excited about The Residences at Quarry Walk,” said Kathy Ekstrom, development manager for Haynes, who confirmed that permits for the next bit of construction have been pulled with a 10-month construction window.
