Westport’s former Nike Store space has a new tenant with Hollywood connections. New York-based Empire State Realty Trust Inc. announced Tuesday that Sundance, an apparel catalog company created by actor Robert Redford, will open at 97 Main St. on the site of the former Ann Taylor store. “Sundance selected the best retail location on Westport’s Main Street,” said Thomas P. Durels, ESRT executive vice president of real estate, in a press release. “They will have great visibility, the best central location and easy access to public parking for their customers.” Sundance has signed a long-term lease for almost 4,000 square feet of space, joining Theory, Athleta and lululemon on the street.
