Bridgeport-based Santa Energy recently presented The Center for Family Justice with a three-year grant to underwrite a dedicated room for law enforcement officers. CFJ’s law enforcement suite was formally renamed the Santa Energy Law Enforcement Room during a recent breakfast reception at CFJ attended by dozens of police officers and community leaders who work closely with the nonprofit. The CFJ works to give victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence and child abuse access to the many comprehensive services they need in one safe place. This includes access to police officers who can offer its clients professional advice and investigate reports of violence and abuse.
