MILFORD-For Danielle Nienstedt it was a bad time to have an equipment breakdown in her car. After pulling her over on Old Gate Lane at 2:20 a.m. Tuesday police found crack cocaine and heroin inside. Nienstedt,38, of Atwater Street, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, misuse of a license plate and operating an unregister motor vehicle. She was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 27.
