A driver on I-84 was arrested by State Police Monday evening for allegedly threatening a passenger with a gun while the vehicle was moving. At around 6:30 p.m. Troop H in Hartford received a 911 distress call from a domestic abuse victim who was being threatened at gunpoint while inside the moving vehicle. “Troopers located the vehicle after the victim relayed the description of the moving vehicle to dispatch personnel on I-84 westbound in Hartford.,” according to the arrest report. “The accused was observed as the driver and quickly detained during a felony stop.
