The price of the median home sold in southern Fairfield County was down 1.4 percent from a year earlier, according to a new study, even as neighboring areas like New York City and New Haven registered gains. Attom Data Solutions reported the price of the median home sold in the Bridgeport-Stamford corridor at $404,000, with the drop coming on the heels of a 2.4 percent gain in the first quarter.
