Milford re-runs joint replacement talk due to demand

Due to popular demand, at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, Milford Hospital, 300 Seaside Ave. will repeat orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Michael Lim’s program on Mako Robotic Arm Assisted Joint Replacement Surgery. Previous programs filled to capacity. This latest advancement in orthopaedics allows surgeons to provide each patient with a personalized surgical experience based on his or her specific diagnosis and anatomy. According to a release from Milford Hospital, the facility is the first hospital in Greater New Haven, and the only hospital on the I-95 corridor from Norwalk to Rhode Island, offering this advanced technology. Lim treats patients of all ages that suffer from joint pain and conditions of the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle.
