HARTFORD — Connecticut’s revenue will see essentially no increase next year, a new report released by the state Monday showed. State revenue predictions for fiscal year 2019 rose by a mere $431 million — chunk change for state with a $20 billion budget — according to the governor’s Office of Policy and Management and the nonpartisan Office of Fiscal Analysis. Meanwhile, revenues for the year ending June 30 are down by $428 million despite a January bump.
