STRATFORD — A fire broke out at a home on Hancock Street Sunday morning. Reports indicated the fire started around 8:50 a.m. and that flames had spread to the first and second floor. A Bridgeport fire official who was assisting at Stratford Fire Department’s headquarters during the incident said crews were wrapping up around 9:20 a.m. Officials did not have additional information.
