MILFORD - Police are looking for a suspect who stole money by using a resident’s personal information to create a fake Connecticut driver’s license and ID card. They said the suspect used the cards to make two bank withdrawals from two New York state banks. Police have released photos of the suspect taken at the bank. The suspect used withdrawal slips on Dec. 1 to get money from two Chase banks in Rye and Rye Brook, N.Y. Police started investigating the case after receiving a fraud complaint from a resident on Jan. 26.
