MILFORD — A Bridgeport woman is accused of leaving two children alone in the food court of the Connecticut Post shopping mall on Friday afternoon. According to the Milford Police Department, officers responded to the mall shortly after 4:15 p.m. Friday on a report of an unattended juvenile. An investigation let to the discovery of Hasenah Alessi, 30, of Golden Hill Street, who allegedly left a 2-year-old and an 8-year-old unattended in the food court while Alessi shopped at Macy’s. Alessi was charged with risk of injury to a minor and leaving child unattended. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 19.
