A number of school districts - most in inland Connecticut - have delays on Wednesday morning. Between three and six inches of snow felll in northwest Connecticut. It was mostly rain in southern Connecticut, but a drop in temperature caused a quick freeze-up. Temperatures will continue to drop throughout the day. More than 80 school districts have delays including Bethel, Derby, Litchfield, New Fairfield, New Milford, Naugatuck, Plymouth, Seymour, Torrington, Winchester, Wilton and Wolcott.
