MILFORD-A driver for Golden Dragon Distributors is under arrest for stealing goods he was supposed to be delivery. Police charged Qingrong Wong, 39, of Flushing, N.Y. with third degree larceny after arresting him Sunday on a complaint from his employer. Wong, a driver for the Quarry Road business, is accused of stealing $8,500 worth of goods he was supposed to be delivering. He was released on a promise to appear in Milford Superior Court on Nov. 20
