STRATFORD - State Police Trooper Kelly Grant said her department is investigating an incident that involved shots being fired near exit 30 northbound off Interstate-95 in Stratford. Grant said in a press release that a person was transported to the hospital for evaluation of what appears to be non-life-threatening injury. The shots were fired at about 9 a.m. She noted it is a possible road rage incident and updates will be provided when available.
