BRIDGEPORT - A Stratford machinist was arrested after police said he was spotted fondling himself outside the Splash Pad at Seaside Park. Manuel Morales, 68, was charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace. During his arraignment Friday afternoon Morales, who works at a Stratford machine shop, was released on a promise to appear in court but ordered by Superior Court Judge William Holden to stay away from Seaside Park. Police said on Thursday officers were called to Seaside Park for a suspicious man in a pickup truck. A local woman told officers she had been bring her children to the Splash Pad the past three days and noticed the same pickup truck parked nearby with a man inside, police said.
