BRIDGEPORT - A partially-dressed man went amok in a city housing project before being taken into custody, police said. Dennis Marrow had to be Tased three times and pepper sprayed twice before police said they got him under control. The 40-year-old Marrow was charged with four counts of risk of injury to a child, criminal mischief and breach of peace. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bond. Police said on Sunday officers were dispatched to the P.T. Barnum housing project for a man acting erratically. When officers pulled up in the housing project they saw the partially dressed Marrow charging towards a group of people outside Building 14, throwing punches at no one in particular, police said.
