A Wilton man has been arrested after a pursuit on Route 15 early Friday morning. According to State Police, Wilton police attempted to stop a gray Honda Civic around 3 a.m. “The gray Honda refused to stop and took off on them entering Route 15 (the Merritt Parkway) northbound at Exit 42 in Westport,” state police said. The vehicle was seen by state police traveling north near Exit 46 in Fairfield. Troopers attempted to stop the vehicle just north of Exit 52 in Trumbull. The vehicle increased speed and refused to stop on Route 15 north. The vehicle was later stopped, just north of Exit 60 in New Haven, after running over stop sticks placed by state police.
