William Raveis Real Estate ranked in the top 10 of a real estate “power broker” list published by RISMedia, with nearly $10.2 billion in home sales last year. New Jersey-based NRT topped the RISMedia list with $178 billion in transactional volume, with the Realogy subsidiary’s brands including Coldwell Banker and Sotheby’s International Realty. Rounding out the top three were HomeServices of America and Douglas Elliman. Shelton-based William Raveis ranked eighth to lead Connecticut-based real estate brokerages, followed by William Pitt/Julia B.
