NORWALK — Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 80-year-old city resident Wednesday evening. Robert Jenkins — described as an African-American man, about 5 feet and 6 inches in height and weight about 145 pounds — was last seen wearing an army jacket with a black hood, a black and blue striped polo shirt, glasses, black jeans and diabetic shoes. Police said Jenkins suffers from dementia and other medical conditions. Anyone who knows of his whereabouts or who has seen him is asked to call 203-854-3113.
