WASHINGTON — Greenwich native Hope Hicks appeared Tuesday before the House intelligence committee but apparently declined to answer numerous questions on her time with President Donald Trump both at the White House and during the transition. But in over eight hours before the panel in a closed-door setting, people in attendance said she did do some talking about Trump and the issues swirling around the investigation of special counsel Robert Mueller. Mueller is looking into possible links between the Trump 2016 campaign and concerns about Russian interference in the election.
