A tractor-trailer accident has closed two southbound lanes on I-95 in Greenwich Wednesday morning. The accident that involves the truck and another vehicle, has closed the right and center lanes between Exit 3 and 2. The state Department of Transportation says the accident happened at 6:18 a.m.
