HARTFORD — It took the House of Representatives less than 15 minutes on Wednesday to overturn Gov. Dannel P. Malloy’s veto on Medicare Savings Program funding for about 90,000 Connecticut seniors and disabled. The bill was approved 131-4, with three Democrats and one Republican voting against the override, sending the legislation to the Senate for the final vote later in the day, putting the final touch on a budget that took effect last July 1. kdixon@ctpost.com Twitter: @KenDixonCT
