MONROE — Ken Kellogg’s first meeting as the town’s new first selectman Monday started with a slue of vows. Kellogg, who previously served on Town Council, was formally sworn in just before the meeting along with Town Council members Dennis Condon, Jason Maur and Jennifer Aguilar, who were elected into their positions on Nov. 7. Also being reaffirmed in their slots were returning members Frank Lieto, Terry Rooney, Enid Lipeles, Dee Dee Martin, Kevin Reid and Sean O’Rourke Lieto and Lipeles, who previously served as chairman and vice chairman of Town Council, were unanimously re-elected into their positions.
