WESTPORT - Police say a man interupted an investor’s meeting at a local restaurant on Tuesday. Police said two men were having the meeting when Gerard Gaspel, 62, of Westport, interputed them and said “derogatory things about the establishment and challenged one to a physical confrontation.” When Gaspel was asked to leave the unnamed restaurant, he refused, police said. Gaspel was charged with breach of peace and released after posting a $500 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 30.
