Seymour's Coe Pond Dam at risk of breach, considered 'high hazard'

Coe Pond Dam – which sits on Kinneytown Dam land in Seymour – is in such disrepair it poses an imminent public safety risk to the surrounding area, according to a recent inspection of the property.
