Bridgeport councilwoman's daughter arrested in apparent scuffle between Ganim, Gomes supporters

Jazmin Cooper, the 25-year-old daughter of Councilwoman Eneida Martinez, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
