Hartford man, 20, charged in robbing, killing 30-year-old Ansonia man, police say

Ansonia police served an arrest warrant on Sahvon Valentine, of Hartford, in the homicide of Abdul-Jalil Humphrey, who was killed on Hodge Avenue in July.
