CT men altered odometer by 100,000 miles before selling car on Facebook, Monroe police say

Police say Edgar D. Gonzalez, 25, of Monroe, and Elmer Pacheco-Diaz, 21, of Stratford, manipulated odometers of cars to inflate their value before sale.
