Bridgeport mayor candidates near $1M fundraising mark in Democratic primary race

Some combination of the contenders, all Democrats — Mayor Joe Ganim, Lamond Daniels, John Gomes and state Sen. Marilyn Moore — is expected face-off in the Sept. 12 party primary and possibly, depending on those results, November's general election.
