Bridgeport man cops say was driving 119 mph prior to fatal West Haven crash takes plea deal

Police said Alexander Orozco was driving between 119 and 128 mph prior to the fatal crash on Dec. 18, 2020 on I-95 south near Exit 43 in West Haven.
