The doctor, 58-year-old Debasish Das, an Orange resident, faces charges of second-degree manslaughter with a motor vehicle, misconduct with a motor vehicle, driving under the influence, evading responsibility, and failure to drive right in connection with the Aug. 13, 2021 death of 60-year-old Elizabeth Rogers.
