Stratford approves 'prototypical' Starbucks coffee shop off I-95

Unlike the town’s only other Starbucks location at a nearby shopping center on Barnum Avenue, the newly-approved coffee shop from the Seattle-based chain would feature a drive-thru to attract commuters.
