Former reputed Stratford mobster offers to settle $200K judgment with dancers from Milford strip club

The dancers’ judgment in the case is against Keepers, Inc. and Joseph Regensburger, a Fairfield resident and one-time president of the club who declared bankruptcy days after a Superior Court judge confirmed the arbitrator’s ruling.
