Police: Bridgeport van driver accused of dragging Ansonia pedestrian, 81, thousands of feet

Ansonia police arrested Arsene Ndabian, 64, of Bridgeport, with third-degree assault, reckless driving and unsafe movement in the Nov. 4 crash.
