After Milford woman’s alleged domestic violence death, community urges change: ‘So prevalent’

Throughout Milford, people are adding purple ribbons and bows to utility poles, signposts, mailboxes and other signage in Julie Minogue’s memory, since purple is the color of domestic violence awareness.
