Advocates, parents rally for interpreter service in Bridgeport schools

Various organizations have banded together to create the English Language Learner Students and Parents Success Coalition. The coalition wants state officials to mandate school districts provide interpreter services and detailed information in languages other than English that are already mandated by state and federal law.
