Judge rejects Adrian Peeler’s request for early prison release, 20 years after conviction

Assistant U.S. Attorney Nancy Gifford opposed Peeler’s early release, calling the murders of Karen Clarke and her 8-year-old son “one of the most horrific executions in the state of Connecticut.”
