Shelton teen first in his age group to get COVID vaccine from St. Vincent’s

Matthew Loiz, 13, got his first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine Thursday at Sacred Heart University’s clinic run by SHU and St. Vincent’s Medical Center.
