Lamont orders flags lowered in honor of fallen U.S. Capitol Police

Gov. Ned Lamont said Connecticut flags lowered to half-staff as to pay respects to U.S. Capitol Police officers Brian D. Sicknick and Howard Liebengood, who died during Wednesday’s riots at the United States Capitol.
