Feds: CT man gets 33 months in prison for ‘heroin ring’ involvement

Miguel Ceballo-Cruz pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin on Oct. 1, 2019, a news release said.
