The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for most of Connecticut from 3 p.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday. “Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute,” the NWS says. “A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow willcause primarily travel difficulties.
