MONROE — Non-structured open gym time will be offered for adults (18 and older) to play basketball on Tuesdays and Thursdays through February 21 in the gym at St. Jude Parish Center, 707 Monroe Turnpike. Registration is required and is available through the Monroe Parks and Recreation web site. The fee for the program is $20 for residents and $25 for non-residents.
