MONROE — Registration for children eligible to start Kindergarten in fall is now taking place. Under state law, to be eligible for Kindergarten this coming fall, children must be at least five years old on or before Dec. 31, 2019. To begin the Kindergarten registration process with the Monroe Public Schools, families must fill out the registration information on Monroe Public Schools web site. Click on the home page, hover over the “Parents” tab and click on “Registration.” Those with questions can email powerschool@monroeps.org. A Kindergarten Information Night will take place at each elementary school at 6 p.m. Feb.
