BRIDGEPORT - A local man is accused of sexually assault a female neighbor while she slept. Kirt Taylor, 33, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree burglary. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bond. Police said the woman told them there had been a foul odor in her apartment, so she left the door open, wedging a fan in the doorway. Shen then went to sleep. At about 3 a.m., police said the woman woke up to find Taylor standing over her with his pants undone, fondling her chest. The woman screamed, and Taylor calmly walked out of the apartment, police said.
