As we end the month with a chance of light rain - or snow - figures from the Northeast Regional Climate Center show a month of extremes. Let’s take a look back and a peek at what’s in store for next month. The rain Rainfall totals were nearly double across the state, averaging about 3 inches above the normal 3.76 inches for the month.
