BRIDGEPORT - A Trumbull woman, who suffered severe back injuries when she drove into a construction ditch, has agreed to settle a lawsuit against the town of Trumbull and a construction company for $300,000. Lisa DeLibero, 58, agreed to the settlement in Superior Court ending her case against Trumbull and Anthony Julian Railroad Construction Co. “We are very grateful that the Town of Trumbull and its contractor eventually saw reason and did what was right and just in this case,” said attorney Raymond Ganim who together with his brother Paul Ganim represented DeLibero. “No amount of money can replace the pain and suffering our client had to endure.
