NORWALK — Tuesday, Oct. 30, is the deadline for eligible Connecticut residents to register themselves to vote on Election Day, Nov. 6. Voters can register online at myvote.ct.gov/register by 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, in person at their local registrar’s office, at a Department of Motor Vehicles office or other state agency by the close of the business day, or by mail so long as the registration is postmarked by Tuesday, according to Secretary of the State Denise Merrill’s office. “We’re open until 8 p.m. (Tuesday),” said Norwalk Democratic Registrar Stuart W.
