BRIDGEPORT - A local man was arrested Tuesday after police said he watched pornography with a 9-year-old girl and then asked her to touch him. Juan Martinez, 46, of Kossuth Street, was charged with risk of injury to a child. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 bond. Police said the girl’s mother came home from work to find her 9-year-old daughter watching pornography on a cell phone. The girl told her mother that Martinez, who had been babysitting her, had showed her how to access pornography websites, police said.
