Shelton lunch ladies reach a deal with management firm

SHELTON — A year after Whitsons Culinary Group took over the food service operation for the school district it has settled on a contract with cafeteria workers. The tentative agreement means the picket signs and bullhorns that have marked many school board meetings throughout the 2017-18 school year will come to an end.
