ORANGE — A pedestrian was killed early Monday morning after being hit by a car on I-95 northbound. State Police said the crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. at Exit 41. The scene was cleared around 5:30 a.m., according to the state Department of Transportation. Police plan to release more information later.
